About

Hi, I'm Tanja & I'm a qualified Counsellor-Coach, award winning community creator, author, trainer, business mentor to people in the helping professions & Professional Doodler! I am also ADHD & projects are my thing!

I started out designing and delivering my very first group trainings and programmes in 2014 and instantly fell in love with the creativity, community and connection that this brought into my life. I have since trained hundreds of counsellors, coaches and mental health professionals to take their training into the community and I've delivered course creation masterclasses to all sorts of incredible people including community leaders at Facebook HQ! I've founded and grown an award winning community membership, which has now delivered hundreds of hours of professional training to over 15000 therapists in 99 different countries and my programmes have been featured in schools, community centres and charities all over the UK. My super powers are helping wellbeing and mental health professionals like you to create more sustainable income while having fun and that's my goal for this 6 part training! PART ONE: CONNECT & RESEARCH (1Hr)

Don’t waste time and money creating content without knowing what your community and potential buyer really wants. In this training hour you’ll learn my top tips to research your course topic and get to know your potential audience. We will create a deep dive map to help you to connect with your people! These are the foundations for everything that happens next!

PART TWO: MAP (1Hr)

In this creative session, we will begin to map out your training, programme or course outline. Whether you are designing a one-off training or a 6-week experience, I will share my template that has helped me to map out hundreds of workshop experiences over the years. As a bonus, we will also explore how AI can help you to do this and save you time! This is a fun one!

PART THREE: DELIVER (1Hr)

In this session, we will explore the different ways that you might deliver this training. We will look at online course models which you can also adapt for in person workshops. Exploring technology, tricks, and tips for a successful delivery.

PART 4: CRAFT (1Hr)

In this session, we will explore crafting your story and your sales page. This is the first contact that people will have with you. It will set the tone for your offer and layout what people can expect. We will explore sales page elements, branding and lots more!

PART 5: SHARE (1Hr)

In this session, we will look at the many ways that you can start to share your gifts with the world. From social media to email sales software and other ways.

PART 6: ENGAGE (1Hr)

In this session, we will look at ways to engage with your attendees. Exploring workbooks, quizzes, WhatsApp & Facebook communities, creative ice-breaker exercises and more!

There are 6 parts to your training. Each part is around one hour long and you can pause and design as you go. As an additional bonus there are two recorded Q & A sessions (an additional 4 hours of content), where past course participants bring their questions so you can learn from the group too. Any new Q & A sessions will also be recorded and added for you.

Now I also host other live ad-hoc trainings in your community which are bonus creations based on what the community ask for.

I will introduce you to Canva, Eventbrite & Thinkific as my favourite course creation and marketing tools. These are not mandatory as you may have your own ideas as to how you would like to market your course. These do have additional costs associated with them but we also look at ways that you can launch your course with little or no cost to you!
